DDJewelry on the cover of Dark Beauty Magazine, California – USA

What is the hardest obstacle you have ever had to climb over and how did it change you for the better/worse?

In my country I am a pioneer of contemporary jewelry as an Art form. The hardest obstacle I had to surpass, and I’m still working on this; was and is to make the people here understand and appreciate the consumed effort and the creative work that I invest when I bring a concept to life and for them to make the difference between “factory” jewels and the tiny artistic sculptures, that are based on a concept and are actually called contemporary jewels. Through this process of educating people I’ve improved my marketing approaches, I’ve become more patient. This has also determined me to expand my target audience beyond Transilvania and to understand that my Art can be exposed on a much larger stage. After that, naturally, I started reaching beyond the borders.
